BVM Group of School trusts in holistic development of students and strongly believes in universal brotherhood. To fulfill this aim, we organize Inter BVM Global Sports Carnival every year, in which selected students from each branch meet to play matches and have races. This year on 11th and 12th of January, the 5th Inter BVM Global Sports Carnival was hosted by BVM Global School, Trichy.
All the seven branches of BVM Global Group of Schools participated in the Carnival. The students from Classes 5 to 8 participated in athletics and students from Classes 6 to 9 participated in football. From BVM Global @ BHS, 19 enthusiastic and competent students participated. Our students played extremely well and scored a total of 125 points and bagged THE CHAMPIONS TROPHY. During these two days many new records were achieved.
In Girls' category the students who made new records were:
1. Josna K Regi of Grade 8 in High Jump
2. Lakshanya of Grade 8 in Discuss Throw
Similarly, in Boys' category the students who made new records were:
1. Ashissh of Grade 8 in the Shot Put
2. Vinay Charan of Grade 8 in the Discus Throw
In football, Sachin Kumar of Grade 8 received the Highest Scorer Award.
